BAI Communications has successfully rebranded its Hong Kong and Canada businesses as part of our mission to align local operations around the world and expand our global footprint. The rebrand has brought the Canadian and Hong Kong operations in line with the global BAI Communications brand, which is already established across the UK and Australia.

The driver behind the rebrand is to strengthen each local market with BAI Communication’s global delivery to customers, partners and people. The rebrand reinforces BAI’s position as a leader in the delivery of high-quality communications infrastructure to large-scale transit systems across the globe that connects people, enriches communities and advances economies.

Our global teams bring cross-border experience and the rebrands better reflect the collaborative, dynamic and multi-market operation that BAI Communications currently delivers in.

In both markets, the leadership, business structure and commitment to delivery remains the same with local CEOs Paul Chan in Hong Kong and Ken Ranger in Toronto.

In Toronto we deliver Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity to stations across the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) subway system.  In Hong Kong this expertise is deployed in the confined and complex Mass Transit Railway (MTR). The Hong Kong team extends their expertise to provide public safety radio systems that serve the police, fire services, and MTR operators, ensuring a secure and safe place to travel and work in.
