The nominees for the 2015 ARCIA Industry Excellence Awards have been announced, with BAI’s Jacqui Tanner nominated as a finalist in the Customer Service Award category.

These awards are distributed at the Australian Radio Industry Association (ARCIA) gala dinner event, held every year in conjunction with the Comms Connect Conference in Melbourne.

Being held from the 2-3rd December, this conference is deemed the largest and most successful radio and converged communications industry event in Australia. Attendees include public safety agencies, Government, Rail and Transport, Telco, Utilities, Engineering/Industry and Resources and Mining.
