This year’s Train Communications Systems Conference (16th and 17th November 2021) will see the great and the good of this very niche market meeting together in London. Speakers, panelists and attendees from around the world will be able to meet each other, question the presenters and exchange ideas via individual video chats as well as in group sessions.
There is no doubt that broadband wireless services have become a vital weapon for train operators, but keeping up with this fast-moving sector is a problem. TCS 2021 is the best place to keep abreast of the latest developments in this niche, but fast-growing sector.
The Conference is focused directly on the problems of putting WiFi onto trains, improving the services and building and improving track-side networks. The event is characterised by accounts from the train operating companies, from those trialling new trackside solutions, squeezing better connections from mobile systems, as well as those launching new innovative broadband wireless services on-board their trains.
Malcolm Keys, BAI’s Group Business Development Director, will be presenting the Transport for London connectivity case study together with Matt Griffin, Head of Category Management & Telecoms Commercialisation Project Lead for TfL.
