Chairman of BAI’s Board of Directors, Deena Shiff, has announced interim arrangements to follow Group CEO Jim Hassell’s departure on 31 December 2019.
In a message to BAI Communications employees globally, Deena Shiff confirmed that Jim Hassell will join the board of BAI Communications United Kingdom as a non-executive director as he steps down from his Group CEO role.
The global recruitment process is continuing as planned and will ensure the right combination of experience, knowledge, and cultural attributes in the successful candidate.
From 1 January 2020, Group Chief Financial Officer Stephen Matthews will be Acting Group Chief Executive Officer. Replacing Stephen in his current role, Shanti Thomas will be Acting Group Chief Financial Officer, absorbing her current responsibilities as Group Financial Controller during this time.
