Bart’s 32 year professional career included 21 years in management consulting and 11 years as a CEO in the technology industry.
Bart ‘s career started at Deloitte, where he was a consulting partner for 8 years. He was also CEO of A.T. Kearney in Australia and more recently was a partner in the Sydney office of Bain & Co, one of the worlds leading strategy consulting firms.
In his corporate career Bart was the CEO of Lucent Technologies Australia, before joining the global executive of Lucent as the head of the Asia Pacific region. He was also the start-up CEO of Asurion Australia, a successful new entrant to the telecommunications services sector in Australia.
He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Witwatersrand (South Africa). Bart joined the BAI Communications board in 2015.

Stephen joined BAI Communications as Group Chief Financial Officer in 2014. Prior to joining BAI, Stephen spent two years as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at NBN Co with responsibility for the key commercial and financial control functions for the business building Australia’s national broadband network.
Prior to that role Stephen held a number of executive finance positions in consumer goods companies, including the CFO for Diageo Australia, and the CFO for the Foster’s Group.

Peter was appointed Chief Executive Officer of BAI Communications Australia (then Broadcast Australia) in 2016, following his successful tenure as Chief Operating Officer between 2011 and 2016.
He was previously a senior executive in the WIN group of companies in key roles including managing director of digital distribution for Australia and of broadcast transmission services. He was a director for the WIN Corporation for five years.
Peter was a key stakeholder in the development and implementation of the ABC/WIN Media Hub joint venture as well as being a director of the company. Prior to joining WIN, Peter was a senior executive at THL (now operating as Kordia).

Alex joined the Board in June 2020. He is currently a Principal at CPP Investment Board (CPPIB), the largest shareholder of BAI Communications and is based in Australia.
Prior to joining CPPIB in 2017, Alex worked for a number of investment banks, including Morgan Stanley, Greenhill Caliburn and UBS.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst with the CFA Institute.

Tony is a competition and Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) lawyer and leader of PwC’s Global Legal Network.
Prior to joining PwC, Tony worked at leading international law firm King & Wood Mallesons, as the Managing Partner for Australia. Mr. O’Malley has a strong reputation for senior leadership and is recognised for his strategic thinking and ability to implement major change. Over the past 25 years, he has advised on many of Australia’s most significant corporate transactions and regulatory investigations in the TMT sector, working with national broadcasters, Telstra, Optus, and nbnCo.

Peter brings over 25 years of experience in telecommunications, holding various leadership roles within companies such as Vodafone, Safaricom, and more recently the National Broadband Network where he was Chief Network Engineering Officer.
Peter has a distinctive ability to blend technical, operational, and commercial strategy to optimise business objectives and is known for his hands-on experience managing multibillion-dollar network programs, and leading large-scale mobile and fixed network operations.
