BAI Communications (BAI), a global communications infrastructure provider, has entered into an agreement with WIN to undertake the maintenance activities for their television network, and for Digital Distribution Australia’s (DDA) communication network. This agreement cements BAI’s position as the leading provider of broadcast transmission services in Australia.
The long-term agreement to maintain their network will support the delivery of over 300 broadcast services and over 270 DDA services for WIN nationally. WIN’s extensive network plays a critical role in delivering news, entertainment and information to regional communities across Australia. This new contract is testament to BAI’s resources and capability, as well as its proven experience delivering similar services for other major broadcasters to ensure communities around the nation remain entertained, informed and safe.
Commenting on the agreement, WIN Corporation’s Director of Television Operations, Stevan Djokic said, “Outsourcing maintenance activities to BAI will ensure that we can continue to meet the challenge and responsibility of keeping regional communities connected in all parts of Australia.

Transition of WIN’s maintenance activities commenced on Monday 11 October 2021.
